Greenwood House has been the subject of major refurbishment works on behalf of the landlords, which have included upgrading the common areas and the exterior of the building. Our clients Boost Capital, have taken the 4th floor, which comprised of 3000sq ft of open plan office space.
Boost wanted to create a mainly open plan working environment, with a couple of private Directors offices and multi-functional Meeting Room. One of the clients main objectives was the design and creation of a suitable kitchen and breakout hub. We managed to achieve this with great success and the client uses this space now for regular informal meetings.
